A gang sheet is a large sheet (typically 22" wide) that allows you to place multiple designs or multiples of the same design on a single sheet. This is the most cost-effective way to order DTF transfers, as you pay by sheet size rather than per design. We offer DTF transfers (ready-to-press), custom gang sheets, screen printing, embroidery, and vinyl cutting. We also provide design services if you need help creating or refining your artwork. Whether you need transfers to press yourself or finished apparel, we have you covered.

We accept PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI resolution. This ensures the best print quality. If your design has a background, we can remove it for you. We also accept AI, PSD, and PDF files. Check our File Requirements page for detailed specifications.

Gang sheet pricing is based on sheet size (12"x22", 22"x22", etc.). You can fit as many designs as you want on a sheet. Individual transfers are priced by size. Check our product pages for current pricing, or request a custom quote for large orders.

DTF transfers are applied using a heat press at 300-320°F for 10-15 seconds with medium-firm pressure. After pressing, let it cool for a few seconds, then peel the film while still warm. We include application instructions with every order. A standard home iron won't achieve the best results – we recommend a heat press for professional quality.

DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, nylon, and most other fabrics. They work on light and dark colors equally well. The only fabrics to avoid are those that can't withstand 300°F heat, like certain synthetics or waterproof coatings.

DTF transfers are extremely durable when properly applied. They can withstand 50+ washes without cracking, peeling, or fading. For best results, wash garments inside-out in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
